Approximately 200lbs hanging weight. The price is $4.99/lb, and there is a $40.00 deposit on the order. The rest is due when you pickup. To order a half beef order 2 quarters and to order a full beef simply order four quarters. You will be contacted 2 weeks prior for cutting instructions.
We are taking orders now for December pick up. The price paid today is a deposit. Balance will be due at the time of pick up.
