Members will receive packages of delicious farm raised meat. All meats are grass fed, hormone, steroid, and antibiotic free. This is a small CSA with only room for 10 members.
Packages will be picked up at the farm at 11am on the following dates:
June 10th & 24th, July 8th & 22th, August 12th & 26th, Sept 9rd & 23rd, October 14th, November 21st (Thanksgiving Turkey)
The meats will be a variety of the best cuts our farm raises and sells. All packages are farmer's choice but will include a nice selection of cuts and at prices that are a great value. Members will be offered some finer cuts of meat that are not always included in our regular CSA because they are not available in enough quantity.
The Carnivore Club is a nice addition to our CSA. Packages are pickrd up at the same time and pair well with the produce.
Examples of cuts that will be included are:
- Ground beef
- Ground beef patties
- Sausage (several flavors, bulk, links, and/or patties)
- Ham steaks
- Beef roasts
- Pork shoulder
- Whole chicken
- Quartered chicken
- Steaks (sirloin, t bone, round, rib, and more)
- Beef short ribs
- Pork spare ribs
- Boneless skinless chicken breast
- Chicken thighs
- Pork chops
Cost is $600 for a whole season paid in full or two payments of $325, one when you join and a second August 15th.
