The Carnivore Club is a new Plum Creek Farm meat CSA program.
Members will receive twice monthly packages of delicious farm raised meat. All meats are grass fed, hormone, steroid, and antibiotic free. This is a small CSA with only room for 10 members.
Packages will be picked up at the farm at 11am on the following dates:
May 23rd, June 13th & 27th, July 11th & 25th, August 8th & 22nd, Sept 12th & 26th, October 10th & 24th, November 24th (Thanksgiving Turkey), December 19th (Christmas Ham)
The meats will be a variety of the best cuts our farm raises and sells. Farmer choice but a nice selection and at prices that are a great value. Members will be offered some choices and offered some finer cuts of meat that are not always included in our regular CSA because they are not available in enough quantity.
Examples of cuts that will be included are:
- Ground beef
- Ground beef patties
- Sausage (several flavors, bulk, links, and/or patties)
- Ham steaks
- Beef roasts
- Pork shoulder
- Whole chicken
- Whole duck
- Quartered chicken
- Steaks (sirloin, t bone, round, rib, and more)
- Beef short ribs
- Pork spare ribs
- Boneless skinless chicken breast
- Boneless chicken thighs
- Pork chops
Cost is $500 for a whole season paid in full or two payments of $275 on when you join and a second August 15th.
